Commerce Partners' Expert Witness Group ("Expert Witness Group") members have many years of direct operating experience in the areas in which they testify as experts and provide litigation support. Therefore, they bring a practical understanding, substantial credibility and the ability to explain both the customs, practices and significance of complex business activities, in simple terms, to a jury or judge. They can also perform: (i) fraud audits, (ii) economic analysis and modeling, (iii) describe customary and reasonable business practices and (iv)valuations and appraisals. Experts charge only their customary fees. There are no "referral service" markups. Expert Witness Group members testify for either: (i) lenders, borrowers or guarantors(ii) individuals, business investors, government agencies or financial institutions, and (iii) plaintiffs or defendants.
